How much does AgentErgon cost?▾
AgentErgon offers three plans: Starter at $49/month (250 conversations, 1 agent), Growth at $149/month (1,000 conversations, up to 3 agents), and Scale at $349/month (3,000 conversations, unlimited agents). All plans include a real-time usage dashboard and spending cap controls.
What counts as a conversation?▾
A conversation is one complete customer interaction session — from the first message to the last. Whether a customer sends 2 messages or 20 within one session, it counts as a single conversation.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?▾
Your agent never shuts off. Additional conversations are billed at your plan's overage rate ($0.08 for Starter, $0.06 for Growth, $0.04 for Scale). You can set a spending cap to control your maximum monthly bill.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?▾
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?▾
You can sign up for a Starter plan and use the built-in preview mode to test your agent with unlimited sample conversations before deploying it live. Preview conversations do not count against your plan.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not currently accept ACH, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
